piero HELICZER Poems of Frank Rupture to those who experienced andPiero Heliczer (193793) was one of the most important and ubiquitous protagonists of the underground of the 1960s and 70s. Born in Italy, Heliczer lived between London, Paris, New York and Amsterdam; a poet, publisher and filmmaker, he took an active part in Andy Warhols Factory, filmed the Velvet Underground, and helped Jack Smith on the production of Flaming Creatures. The founder of the Dead Language Press in Paris in the late 1950s, he published
